River tourism

Welcome

Since time immemorial, the river Meuse has served to underpin the birth, the economic and cultural development of the Liege Region. Liege Province still regards the development of river tourism as an essential component and a priority for the City of Liege.

Tasked with offering the best possible facilities to pleasure craft operators, the Liege Port Authority's is now operating a marina and two tourist ports designed to accommodate liners.
Within easy walking distance of the historical centre of Liege, the Liege Yacht Harbour operated by the Liege Port Authority is what can only be called a haven of peace. Easy to reach throughout the year, the marina has 120 locations for pleasure craft operators on a visit or permanently stationed there, while offering a wide range of high-quality services and activities.
