Manuport Group & Water Container Terminal are owned by the Australian financial corporation "Babcock & Brown". Manuport Group is an internationally-renowned port company of Antwerp origin, cargo handling specialist and market leader in warehousing and the handling of dry bulk cargo (cereals and fertilisers) and since 2005 has also been managing a container terminal in Antwerp (Manuport Container Terminal). Water Container Terminal (WCT) is a company running a trimodal container terminal in Meerhout (where, in fact, Nike's European distribution centre is located, Europe's largest distribution centre in Belgium and Europe's second biggest). Dubai Ports World, briefly DP World, is the world's third leading port operator and is present in 31 countries. This is a branch of the holding company Dubai World, owned by the Dubai government (United Arab Emirates).
Some of the logistical plots have been granted to German Deutsche Lagerhaus Trilogiport Gmbh Co Kg (30 hectares) whereas another 10 hectares in this logistical area have been granted to the Belgian company Warehouses De Pauw. Deutsche Lagerhaus Trilogiport Gmbh u. Co KG (DLG) is an integrated service provider active in the logistical real estate sector. Deutsche Lagerhaus 'interest is focused on trimodal and bimodal logistical sites, especially sea ports and river ports. CETIM is the Benelux partner of Deutsche Lagerhaus. For the development and the commercialisation of its warehouses at Liège Trilogiport, Deutsche Lagerhaus Trilogiport GmbH appointed CETIM as project manager and quantity surveyor. CETIM is specialised in international investment advisory services, project and asset management. Warehouses De Pauw is a market leader in Belgium in the development and in renting out of logistical warehouses. Warehouses De Pauw is currently renting out +/- 1,100,000 m2 of warehouses, valued at over 550 million euros, to its customers in several countries.
